Vaoia Lauifi Muna

Vaoia Lauifi Muna of Bremerton, WA passed away on September 11, 2005. She was 61 years of age. Vaoia was born on July 17, 1944 to Lauifi and Fa'amalele (Mulitauaupele) Le'i in Ofu, Manu'a, American Samoa. She graduated from high school in Ofu Manu'a. She was a pastor's wife for 17 years at the First Samoan Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, Inc.

Vaoia is survived by her husband, Pepe U. Muna; sons, Vaai Seumalo, Sepulona Vaai, and Talauati; daughters, Letau Luatua, Fa'aeteete Atisano'e, and Talalupe Umu; brothers, Malaesala Lauifi, Malaefou Lauifi, and Fa'atatia Lauifi; sisters, Fa'aeteete Laulu, Leanamaia Nakiso, Faapusi Lauifi, and Anoni Tamaoleve'a; and 11 grandchildren. Vaoia was preceded in death by her brother, Folauga Tupuola.

Funeral services will be held on Friday September 23rd from 5pm to 8pm and September 24, 2005 from 9:30am-11:00am at the Lewis Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bremerton, WA.
