Tracy Fox-Medeiros

Tracy was born in Sacramento, CA and passed away in her home in Poulsbo on Sunday April 17th.

She graduated from Sacramento High School and moved to Poulsbo in 2008.

She is survived by her Son Tyler Medeiros, Father Hank Fox, Mother Marilyn Miller and Sister Susan Fox .

Services will be held Friday May 6, 2015 at 12:00pm at St. Olaf Catholic Church 18943 Caldart Ave. NE Poulsbo.
