Thomas William Billingsley

Thomas W. Billingsley, 62, longtime resident of Kingston passed away on November 14th, 2008. He was born to Wilson and Eloise Billingsley On October 20th 1946 in Hudson, Fl. He proudly served in the Merchant Marines in the 70's and worked as a Painter and General Contractor for more then 30 years. Tommy enjoyed playing the Blues Harp and spending time family and friends. He is survived by his beloved family, daughter Lisa Dellapenna and husband Albert "Sonny" of Waldorf, MD, brothers Henri and Chris Pichal of Tampa, Fl, life long friend Curtis "Tippy" Ebeling also of Kingston and the countless friends that touched his life.
