Stanley Van Keuren

Stanley Van Keuren of Kingston, WA passed away on February 1, 2004 at Harrison Hospital In Bremerton, WA. He was 83 years of age. Stanley was born to Charles and Mabel (Garl) Van Keuren in Kingston, WA on March 24, 1920. He attended North Kitsap High School. After his schooling, Stanley worked as a logger for Arness Logging. He did so for approximately 25 years. Stanley enjoyed playing baseball over the years, playing horseshoe, and playing cards.

Stanley is survived by two brothers, Cecil of Kingston, and Lynn of Lacey, WA; one sister, Marie Day of Bainbridge Isl., WA. He was preceded by a sister, Claire Rasumssen and a brother, Lyle.

A celebration of life service will be held this Friday, February 6th at 2:00pm at The Stone Chapel in Poulsbo, WA. Memorial donations can be sent to the American Heart Association (4414 Woodland Park Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103-7499.
