RJ Huggins Obituary (1989

RJ Huggins, 31, of Bremerton, WA, passed away on April 11, 2021. Born on May 16, 1989 in Bremerton, WA to Rick and Maryanne (Weir) Huggins, RJ went on to graduate from North Kitsap High School and later from Olympic College, receiving an Associate Degree. RJ worked at PSNS, but most recently for Washington State Ferries as an Ordinary Seaman. He was a member of Oxford House and AA, and in his spare time RJ enjoyed dogs, baseball, camping, music, waterskiing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. RJ's memory will live on with his parents, Rick and Maryanne of Poulsbo, WA; brother, Brandon of Scottsdale, AZ; paternal grandfather, Richard C. Huggins of Stuart, FL; aunts, uncles and cousins; Oxford House brothers; numerous friends and extended family; and RJ's beloved dog, Zoey. A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, April 18th from 10am-1pm at Raab Park.
