Michele Louise Chico

Michele Louise Chico, age 75, passed away at her Port Orchard, WA residence on September 10, 2021. She was born in the city of Bremerton, WA on November 12, 1945 to Banner L. Johnson and Alferda O. Oddlynn. Michele attended South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, WA. In June of 1961 she married Raymond G. Chico, later giving birth to their three children. After high school she became a jewelry saleswoman for various companies and later in life started working at Mike's Video Outlet for 20+ years as well as dabbling in being a coffee barista.

She was a member of Orchards Ward Latter-day Saints Church and was gifted the name of "candy lady" by the children of the church because she would always bring them some sort of treats. She loved children as much as they loved her. Michele always had a sense of humor no matter the occasion and got a kick out of giving people a hard time. She adored hummingbirds and butterflies and would have loved it if everyone would just stop and enjoy the beauty of nature.
