Merle Clark Brainerd

Merle "Mickey" Clark Brainerd age 81, of Silverdale passed away at her home in Silverdale on July 20, 2004. She was born to Glen R. and Georgia (Cronn) Clark on September 25, 1922 in Wilbur, Washington. She worked for the Newport-Mesa Unified School District for 23 years as an Administrative Secretary. She was affiliated with the Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her daughters Dana Brainerd of Silverdale, Karen and husband Steve Monaco of Silverdale; grandchildren Nick and Jaime; brother Bernard Clark of Colville, WA and sister Geraldine Scamahorn of Leavenworth, WA and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Henry in 1963 and her brothers Ken and Jack Clark. Private inurnment will take place in Colville, WA.
