Mary Elizabeth Croxford

Mary (Betty) Croxford, 97, daughter of Oscar and Hannah Marie (Mary) Engstrom passed away on August 2, 2023. She was raised on her family's farm in Elk River, Minnesota, and spent most of her adult life in the Minneapolis area. Her final moments were spent peacefully in her home on Bainbridge Island, Washington.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law John and Jill Croxford, stepson Warren Croxford (Eva), grandchildren Chelsea and Matthew Croxford (Stephanie Gamez), and great-granddaughter Madison Croxford. She was predeceased by her husband William A. Croxford, brother William C. Engstrom (Connie), and stepson Alan Croxford.

Funeral services will be held at Aldersgate Methodist Church (5801 Minnetonka Blvd, St. Louis Park) at 11:00 am on September 16, with interment following at 2:00 at Meadowvale Cemetery in Elk River.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Twin Cities Salvation Army.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel in Bremerton, Washington.
