Marie Farrell

Marie Farrell, age 88, died peacefully Saturday morning at 9 am, November 7, 2009. Born and raised in Oregon, Marie attended one-room schools from grade school through high school and graduated from Northwest Christian College in Eugene, Oregon.
She married James Edward Farrell, who became a minister of the Disciples of Christ, First Christian Church. Together they raised four children, Jeanette, Judith, James and John, and is survived by same. She lived in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, New York and Massachusetts. Marie lived at the Willows, a large retirement home for independent living in Bremerton for 5 years after Ed passed in 2004. She was very active in her church life. Marie served as an elder at the First Christian Church in Bremerton. She enjoyed writing Christian "love letters" to her "flock" on a monthly basis. God bless you Marie.
