Margaret "Peggy" Elizabeth Coulter was born on March 11, 1951, in Tacoma, Washington to David and Janice Henton (Costello). Peggy passed away on June 7, 2023, in Bremerton, Washington at the age of 72. She was a resident of Poulsbo, Washington at the time of her passing. She worked as a Director of Health Information Services. Survivors include her husband of 22 years Charles "Charlie" Coulter, son Don Price, daughter Andrea Hillman, brother David Henton and sister Sandra Rich. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents David and Janice Henton. Her Dad used to tell us, "To Buck Up" when life gets tough, so now we all must do so! Arrangements have been entrusted to Stone Chapel Poulsbo Mortuary in Poulsbo, Washington.
