Lynne Susan Wencel

Lynne Susan Wencel, 57, passed away at home in Bremerton on November 9, 2009.

Born in Seattle on May 20, 1952, Lynne was the daughter of Wendel and Mildred (Reitz) McLaughlin. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and her greatest passion in life was her grandchildren. Her life was centered around them, and she spent numerous hours shopping, sewing, and doing various craft projects with them.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by a son, Dale Wencel of Bremerton; daughters, Andrea Henson (Patrick) of Bremerton and Kelly Wencel of Hawaii; brothers, Scott McLaughlin (Anne) of Auburn, Gary McLaughlin of Seattle, Larry McLaughlin (Frankie) of Boston, MA, and Kevin McLaughlin of Boise, ID; a sister, Sandy Krause (Steve) of Mercer Island; and her seven beloved grandchildren: Mathew, Kyle, Ciara, Christoper, David, Ashley and Anthony.
