Evelyn Fay Murphy

Evelyn Fay Murphy of Bremerton passed away on May 2, 2008. She was born on November 2, 1925 in Paonia, Colorado to Harry and Beulah (Wade) Dingman. She married Joseph Murphy in Bremerton. Together they owned and operated The Seagull Cafe in Bremerton for five years.

She was an active member of The Unity Church and volunteered much of her time at Harrison Hospital in the gift shops. She loved spending time with her granddaughter Aysha.

She was preceded in death by her son John Zupancich, and her brother Forrest Dingman. She is survived by her daughters; Patricia Parsons of Bremerton, and Christine Beheshti of San Diego, CA, brothers; Larry (Joanne) Dingman of Kent, Bill Dingman of Pueblo, Co, Clarence Dingman of Portland, Or. She is also survived by many grandchildren and step-children in the Bremerton area. No formal services will be held.
