Douglas Wayne Batman

Doug Batman, 57, of Poulsbo, passed away on December 11th after a long battle with melanoma cancer, at Harrison Medical Center. He was born on January 3, 1952 to Theodore and Sadie Batman in Seattle, WA. He graduated from Cleveland High School in Seattle in 1970. Doug proudly served in the US Army. He worked as a Security Guard for the Salvation Army for 19 years and for Securitas Security for 7 years. Doug enjoyed bowling in his earlier years, going out for ice cream or strawberry milkshakes. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and pet dog, Noel. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Sherrie, and brother, George. Survivors are his daughter, Hannah of Poulsbo, brothers, Dan (Lucina) of Poulsbo, Jack (Doreen) of Redding, CA, extended family in Indiana and North Carolina and many friends in the Seattle and Kitsap Peninsula area.
