Corpuz Morales

–

Bremerton, Washington

Corpuz Paul Morales passed away on July 29th, 2026. Born in Seattle, WA on August 12th, 1984, Corpuz lived a life full of family, friends, and a love of adventure. His creativity and wit were infectious, and his talent as a welder was admired by many throughout his 16-year career in the Naval Shipyard. Corpuz was a resident of Bremerton, Washington for the last 9 years, following time spent in Kingston and Seabeck.

Corpuz was an adventurous spirit with a zest for life that was truly inspiring. He was a gifted air soft player, earning the call sign Dirty Cupcake due to his imaginative strategies and unique style of play. Corpuz had a deep love for Magic: The Gathering and warhammer, spending many a night strategizing with friends. He was also an enthusiast of firearms, always looking for a new addition to his collection. His creative and talented spirit was matched only by his love for special cars, which he enjoyed collecting and showing off. Yet, his greatest achievement was his beloved daughter, Mikaela, who he treasured above all else.

Corpuz is survived by his daughter Mikaela Morales, his fiancee Monique Goodwin, parents, Blair and Maria Fosmo, and Gary and Marcy Morales. He will be greatly missed by his siblings Alec Fosmo, Shayli Fosmo, and Karen Harper. His daughter, Mikaela, will carry forward his adventurous spirit and love of life. Corpuz was preceded in death by his grandparents Larry and Judy Fosmo, Gil and Nancy Johanknecht, Teddy and Tita Morales, and Gloria Morales.

In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, "It is not length of life, but depth of life." Corpuz's life, while not as long as we would have wished, was filled with depth and meaning. His wit, creativity, and adventurous spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him.

We invite all who knew Corpuz to share their memories and upload photos to the memorial page. Your stories and pictures will help us all remember the many ways Corpuz touched our lives.
