Cayne Aaron Brown, beloved son of Cody and Kennedy Brown, was born on September 2, 2024, and passed away on January 29, 2026.
Though his time on this earth was far too short, Cayne’s life was filled with extraordinary love, joy, and meaning. He was a loving, intelligent, and healthy little boy who brought light into every room he entered. Cayne loved music and dancing, playing with balls, watching birds, and reading books. It was always so funny and sweet to watch him wake up and immediately bring you a book, demand you pull down the guitar, or order you to put football on the TV. He delighted in playing with his pets, snuggling close to his parents, and blowing kisses to everyone he met. He was always excited for a “nack” and greeted each day with joy and curiosity.
Cayne especially loved worship music and would light up when it played. He had become so accustomed to praying as a family and found great joy in it. Whenever we prayed together, he would patiently wait until we said, “in Jesus’ name,” and then proudly say “Amen.” He was always ready to pray. Always ready to say amen.
His sweet spirit and joyful personality touched the hearts of all who knew him.
In his brief life, Cayne taught us the depth of unconditional love and the beauty of simple moments. He will forever be remembered for his warmth, his laughter, and the way he made those around him feel cherished.
Cayne is survived by his loving parents, Cody and Kennedy Brown, along with his family and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts always.
We take comfort in God’s promise:
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
— Matthew 19:14
A memorial service honoring Cayne’s life will be held on February 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Bayside Community Church in Kingston.
Our precious son will never be forgotten. He will forever be our joy, our blessing, and our angel.
