Anna Marie Morrison

Ann M. Morrison, 80, of Port Ludlow WA, died in Bremerton, WA on Thursday, June 30, 2005. She was born to Ben and Lizzie (Wenk) Bussman on February 28, 1925 in Melrose, MN. She attended Melrose High School in Melrose, MN where she graduated in 1943. She married her husband, the late James D. Morrison on January 8, 1967 in Port Ludlow, WA. Mrs. Morrison worked a variety of jobs throughout her life. She enjoyed needlepoint and crafts in her spare time, as well as boating and working in her giant yard. She was the head volunteer for her voting district's elections for many years. Ann is survived by her son Dean J. Morrison of Tacoma, WA; her daughter Darla J. Brown of Hoodsport and Edmonds, WA; her brothers Bernard and Eddie; her sisters Cele, Lorrane, Rita, Doris, Betty Lou; six grandchildren, Dee, Dean, Darrel, Dale, David, Denise; and 12 great grandchildren. At Ann's request no formal services will be taking place. Mrs. Morrison will be inurned with her husband at Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery in Seattle, WA where he was place after his death in 2002. Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of choice in Ann's name.
