Amanda Marie Brown (Cato) Obituary (1981

Amanda Marie Brown (Cato), 39, of Bremerton, WA, passed away on October 3, 2021. Born on December 23, 1981 to William Scott and Tracey (Williams) Brown, Amanda went on to graduate from North Kitsap and Spectrum schools, as well as, Olympic College as a certified CNA. Amanda worked as a caregiver for persons with disabilities, who in her spare time volunteered and attended church at the Salvation Army, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, creative cooking, bonfires, picnics, 80s & 90s movies, music, exploring parks and taking day trips. Amanda had a great sense of humor and joking. She loved doing Snapchat with her kids and sharing funny videos. She was a joy to our family and had a big heart. She married Edward Cato on July 17, 2021 in Poulsbo, WA. Amanda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Marilyn and Marion Dewayne Willams, Sr.; brother, Joseph Lanning; and uncle Marion Dewayne Williams, Jr. Amanda's memory will live on with her parents, Tracey Lanning (Stephen James) and William Scott Brown (Nancy); husband, Edward Cato; sons, Tyler Stringfellow and Anthony Boyd of Bremerton, WA; daughters, Kailin Boyd and Nika Fincher of Bremerton, WA; brothers, Michael Brown of Evansville, IN and Andrew Lanning (Jasmine Carl) of Brinnon, WA; sisters, Jamie Brown of Poulsbo, WA and Nicole Torgramsen of Tinino, WA; two grandchildren, Logan and Miracle; step children, Christina, Aailiyah, Skyler and Donte; nephews, Dominique and Hayden Curtain, Chris Wadkins, Seth Brown, and Paul Torgramsen; and nieces, Jasmin Brown, Joanne Tom, and Natalie Torgramsen; grandparents, Nancy Ramsey and Sandra Walden; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
