In Loving Memory of Alynah Ruth-Cecilia Medrano

April 7, 2013 – August 7, 2026

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Alynah Ruth-Cecilia Medrano, who left us far too soon on August 7, 2026, at the age of 13.

Alynah was truly one of a kind—a big heart with an old soul. She had a warm smile, an unforgettable laugh, and a personality that could light up a room. She was funny, witty, strong-minded, and never afraid to be exactly who she was.

From an early age, Alynah marched to the beat of her own drum. While other little girls may have loved Barbie, Alynah loved Spider-Man. She was incredibly headstrong, independent, and determined. She knew what she liked, and she wasn’t afraid to let you know it.

Alynah loved to get dirty. She loved her dirt bikes, the outdoors, and getting her hands into whatever adventure came her way. She also had a natural talent for working with her hands. She loved building, tinkering, taking things apart, figuring out how they worked, and finding ways to fix problems. She was a true problem solver.

She had a special place in her heart for her beloved dog, Zero, who grew up alongside her and was her faithful companion throughout her life.

Alynah also had a love for horror films, cooking, and trying the latest TikTok trends. She was always willing to try something new, especially if it meant having fun and making memories with the people she loved.

Above all, Alynah was deeply loved. She leaves behind her mother and father, Alexis and Shawn Bellinger, and a beloved village of family who will carry her memory in their hearts forever. This includes, her Uncle Steen (Agustin Villasana); Uncle and Aunt Steven and Audrey Davenport; Nina Cecilia and Tio Trujillo; Aunt Alicia and Billy Turner; Uncle and Aunt Jeff and Carole Area; Amanda V ; and her cousins Jakyah, Jaelynn, Steven III, Selena, Itzie, Daniella, Gianna, and Ana, and The Stanley Family, along with many other family members and friends whose lives she touched.

Alynah is now reunited in heaven with her great-grandparents, Jim and Bonnie Area, and her Grandma Cecilia “Nonnie” Villasana.

Though her time with us was far too short, Alynah left an impact that will never fade. Her laughter, her smile, her stubborn spirit, her humor, her adventurous heart, and the love she gave so freely will remain with us forever.

Alynah, you were loved beyond measure, and you will be missed beyond words. Your story does not end here—you live on in every person who loved you, every memory we made with you, and every smile that reminds us of you.
