Alda Pauline Dillon Obituary (1904

, ALDA PAULINE DILLON Alda P. Dillon, at the age of 98, passed away at the Ashley Gardens at Dyes Inlet, Bremerton, Washington, on September 8, 2002. Alda was born in Caroll County, Indiana, to Frank E. and Dosha (Perry) Bending, on May 22, 1904. Dosha was known also as Leone D. Lingenfelter, when she remarried and lived in Bremerton. Alda married Dr. Roll N. Dillon, a well known Physician and Surgeon in the Seattle area for over 42 years. They were married in Las Vegas on February 24, 1976. She graduated from New Rockford High School, New Rockford, North Dakota, in 1924. She became a Pharmacist/clerk assistant, working for over 30 years in her profession. She was a very dedicated employee. She looked forward to the next days adventure and working with people. She loved music. She loved to travel with her husband throughout the world. She is of the Presbyterian faith. Surviving are her daughter; Shirley L. Peterson, of Bremerton, Washington; 7 grandchildren, Michael G. Peterson, of Belfair, Washington, Terry L. Peterson, of Port Orchard, Washington, Steve L. Peterson,of Bremerton, Washington, Craig R. Peterson, of Biola, California, Sylvia Karas, of Seattle, Washington, Gail Maloney, of Auburn, California, Cathy Wilke, of Glendale, California. 15 great grandchldren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Roll Dillon in 1983; her daughter, L. Janet Karas, in 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and her brother, R.S. Perry, in 1984, in Brownsville, Oregon. At her request there will be no services. Inurnment will be in Acacia Memorial Park and Cemetery in Seattle, Washington, with her husband and family.
