TJ Blackwell Obituary (1978

Thomas James (TJ) Blackwell, 36, passed away on January 4th, 2015 after a short and painful fight with aggressive Melanoma Brain Cancer. He is survived by his Mother Charlotte, Father Bill Sr., Brothers; Bill and Jon, Daughter Ashley, Son Triston, Step-Daughters; Jade Olsen and Jaiden Marie Rutherford, along with an uncountable host of in-laws, out-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends. TJ died young to a potentially treatable cancer had the initial lesion on his skin been identified and removed. Please take this to heart, see your doctor as soon as possible should you ever have an unidentifiable sore or mole on your skin. A Celebration of Life is planned for this week, invitations and details will be distributed through Facebook.
